SOSS features

• Cyber Essentials certification
  We will create your online portal account in good time for the Cyber Essentials renewal and provide clarification and assistance as and when required. You will receive the username and login details directly from the Government website portal.

• Cyber Security Review Report – Annual
  The report will be prepared shortly after SOSS service is started and will cover all the areas required by Cyber Essentials plus others areas such backup, training and security recommendations.

• Vulnerability Monitoring – Quarterly
  We will prepare a report every quarter providing details of any vulnerabilities discovered on your user devices. The information will be used to identify patch and remediation actions required to remove weaknesses in your systems.

• Patch & Vulnerability Management
  We will use the information from the above report and with your cooperation, install any missing updates and remediate any exploitable vulnerabilities.

• New & Replacement PC/Mac assistance
  We will be pleased to provide assistance when you are considering the purchase of new end user devices to help you find the most suitable configuration.

 

SOSS+ features

• Cyber Essentials Plus certification
  We will arrange a mutually convenient date to ensure that the CE Plus renewal is completed efficiently and before the expiry of the existing certification. The service will include all related charges for the assessment and issuing of the final report and certificate.

• Vulnerability Monitoring – Monthly
  We will prepare a report monthly providing details of any vulnerabilities discovered on your user devices. The information will be used to identify patch and remediation actions required to remove weaknesses in your systems.

• Staff Email Phishing testing
  We will provide email phishing tests every six months with follow up online video training.
